Order Policies

Exchange Policy payment-icon

  • You can return/exchange your product within 1 week after date of delivery via an email to www.pamamashades.com stating the reason for the return. Please attach a photo of the product in the email in case of any damage or defect in the product

  • In case if you are exchanging for the same product in different size or colour or a completely new product you will be charged normal shipping charges. The new product will be delivered to you within 4-5 working days for domestic & 10-12 working days for international delivery.

  • If we cannot exchange the same product in a different size or colour then we shall issue a website credit note in full amount within 10 working days of sign off on exchange.We reserve the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 2 occasions in a financial year.

  • Once your return request is validated we will send you a confirmation authorising the return. Please print a copy of the email and attach it to the return shipment. Please note that you will need to arrange for the shipment yourself and bear the related costs. Please ensure that the original packing is maintained along with the tag and the product is unused & unwashed. After receiving the package, it will be inspected for signs of usage. Once approved as an eligible return, we will sign off on the return or exchange. The return shipment needs to be sent to the below mentioned address;

  • Your refund will be processed post sign off on the return and you will receive a credit within 10 working days to your original method of payment

  • In case of cash payments, we will issue a website credit note in full amount within 10 working days.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 days. In such cases refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.

  • We currently offer FREE shipping within Mulund, Thane only and also for 2 months Only.

  • We offer Domestic shipping as well but, The shipping fee is calculated according to the city and state of delivery.

  • We offer international shipping as well but . The shipping fee is calculated according to the country of delivery.

  • All of Pamama Shades orders are shipped internationally from our store place in Mumbai sub urbes, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. We take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address, and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

This interface supports all kinds of UPI apps such as GooglePay, Paytm, PhonePe, BHIM and other apps affiliated with UPI. We are accepting IMPS and NEFT along with UPI.
